Refund policy

If you wish to return a product you can contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping costs and additional fees (packaging and material costs etc.) and that you are responsible for returning the order back to us in a safe way without damaging the product/products. When the order has been returned and the condition of the product/products has been approved, we will transfer your money (minus the shipping costs) back to you as soon as possible.

If your product/products appears to be broken or damaged in any way upon arrival and you wish to make a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible (within 3 days after delivery) with details, pictures and any additional information that we might need and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

All potential custom duties are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Please note that colors, shades and textures might appear different in photos than in real life. Our artworks are professionally photographed and we try to present the artwork in as true colours as possible. Please note that your screen's colour settings can vary from the original painting, so make sure you check the product on different screens before making a purchase.
